My interior lights stay on after entering my vehicle

Hello, Do the lights stay on all the time or just after you enter in the vehicle?

They stay on continually whereas they used to shut down after a min. Are so.

Did you check the interior light switch near/on the headlight switch, sometimes they can be engaged without you knowing it. Please inspect and get back to me so we can continue.

I did check the switch it used to come on when you entered the car then slowly shut down as if on a timer are relay but now it continously stays on never shutting off evn aftr the car has been shut off.I does shut off after a period of time when the car is setting over night.

The interior lights are controlled by the BCM body control module. This module sounds like is it malfunctioning causing your problem. Unfortunately the only way to check it is by replacement.

The lighting moduel is under the dash lower right side. I have attached an image. Please let me know how it goes.
