1997 Lincoln Mark VIII Air Ride System

The computer display says that the Air Ride System is "OFF". Can you tell me how to go about turning it "ON"?

I just bought this car yesterday.

In the trunk on the left hand side looking in. There is a switch that turns the air bag pump on and off. However who ever turned it off may have turned it off becase of a fault in the system.
