1997 Lincoln Mark VIII 4.6 camshaft timing

i recently had the heads shaved on 97 mark viii 4.6 dohc 32 valve,
and before they shaved them they took my cams off and
didnt mark them and i was wondering if anybody could
tell me how to get them back in time?
