1995 Lincoln Mark VIII cooling fan

My cooling fan will not work properly I have tried the following to no avail. Found two sensors on the manifold one for the gauge its fine then another on
oppisite side of manifold it didnt kick the fan on when crossed. then changed the brain box in front
of the raidiator. is there another sensor ? going to test fan motor today. fuse is good 40 amp.

there is a relay youshould check for voltage at the fan if you have none then work your way back to the brain. if you have voltage then the motors are bad.
