Took all 5 lugnuts off front wheel and still won't budge. Is there something else I'm missing or do I just pound the $#!+ out of it?

yes it should just come off sometimes though they dont want to.... your best bet is to sit on the ground with your feet on the tire and give it a good boot on the rubber on the side..... if that dosent work try attacking it from behind...good luck :)
