2005 Lincoln LS Misfire

I have a misfire in the #1 cylinder according to a Tech from a parts store. I changed my plugs and the problem continues. With the car idling or driving down the road you can feel the misfire. What do you recommend?

Check cyl. no.1's injector and compression

The problem is in you coil,this car have 8 coils,one on top of each plug,they cost above $50 t0 $60 each.
