codes p0171 and p0174 and p0303 changed mass airflow sensor, oil and filter spark plugs, fuel filter, icd, o2 sensors on both sides. i hear a leaking like hissing noise when i start the car and it continues, car eventually idles up and down then dies. what is this

a hissing noise normally indicates a leaky vacuum hose. where is the noise coming from? engine compartment etc..?
