2000 Lincoln LS no heat

the car will heat up if i let it run in the garage for 30 mins but when I get going down the road it starts to blow cold air. I have changed the coolant and bled the system for air, also I have tried the reset trick by holding the right buttons. the blower works and it gets hot in car if i let it run in garage.

Try replacing the thermostat and see what happens
