2000 Lincoln LS AC/heater

Ac does not cool because both heater and ac are on at same time. Checked freon level and it is fine.

Possible causes could be the heater control valve not closing or the control panel on dash not sending signal to the heater control valve to close when A/C is in demand you will need to check for voltage at the control valve if you have then check the control valve
