Location of gas tank opening device

I have a 1992 Lincoln Continental Executive model which has not been used for a year. I can't find the button or lever to open the gas tank nor the interior trunk release button (which is powered) :oops:
(is this what happens when you pass 60 years old?)

MY BUTTONS ARE IN THE GLOVE BOX,AND MY MANUAL RELEASE HANDLE IS IN THE TRUCK ,RIGHT BEHIND THE GAS DOOR. ALSO I FOUND A BLOWN FUSES IN THE FUSE BOX,THAT GOES TO BOTH OF THESE
