I have a 1990 lincoln continental. V6 engine 3.8 engine size. 89000 miles. My cars whole engine is coming up. For example if you have the car in drive and you foot on the brake and press on the gas the engine will come up. A mechanic that i know said it was the motor mount but he also said i need a 21 inch crows foot to get the bolt on and off of the motor mount. Is this true? what tool do i actually need to install a motor mount?

TSB from ford says use 18mm swivel socket on an extension...Reference number is 91-5B-9 Issued March 22, 1991. You can have Lincoln print you a copy.
