1992 Lincoln Continental Executive, 140000 miles, 3.8 V6 engine. Engine shuts off when releasing the accelerator pedal, like when stopping to pay a highway toll. Driving at any regular speed I have no problem. Also it stalls when applying the brakes. I filled up tank with high octane gas, and I put in some Fuel Injector fluid in gas tank. Still stalls. I purchased a new fuel filter, hope this helps...any other suggestions please?
