air springs 1997 lincolon continental

i have 1997 lincolon continental air springs will not vent back end setting very high can anyone help me

first question...On the rear end you should have a ride hight adjustment rod. Have you tried this? If yes try going in the trunk and shutting off the compressor and jacking both rear wheels off the ground with the switch off. then lower the car and turn the switch back on. Let me know what happens!
