2000 Lincoln Continental fuses

My car failed inspection because when you put parking brake on the parking light does not lite up on dash, which fuse would be the one to replace. They wanted $40 to run a test to find out.

All the fuses should be marked as to what they work. I think that car has a switch near the top of the park brake pedal, check to see if it has power, or if the wire pulled off.
