My camber is about a negative 2 and my inside tire shoulders are wearing.

DO you know where I can buy an adjustable strut mount plate, or are there instructions on how to drill and bolt the OEM plate to achieve acceptable camber setting?

seen this many of times... take a cut round file, and file the 2 holes in the bottom of your struts oblonged (side to side) this way the next time you get an alignment they can adjust your camber correctly...
