IS THERE A LIQUID SOLUTION, AFTER I TAKE THE BLUBS OUT OF THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY, THAT I CAN POUR INTO THE ASSEMBLY TO HELP CLEAR UP THE HEADLIGHT LENS.

I am not a pro but foggy headlights in dry conditions are caused by oxidation of the plastic. Parts stores have kits by Megiuar but I have used Brasso (carefully)- don't use abrasive- that works reasonably well. finish with a good wax.
