I got a code p0173 and code p1414 on my lincoln what is torque converter clutch circuit electical and what do i do to fix it and will it tell me to check traction control

Check fuses and relays
Air Pump is commanded off ,but PCM indicates AIR pump is on .possible causes are:
EAIR circuit open or short to power
Faulty solid state relay SSR
faulty electric air pump
faulty PCM
testing is needed to determine the failure and the cause
