1997 Lincoln Continental Adjustable suspension problems

My adjustable suspension seems like its no longer adjustable. The three settings are Firm Medium and Plush. However, all settings seem to give an extra firm ride. Any suggestions?

The first step in diagnosing this issue is checking the fuses and visually inspecting the suspension components. Let me know how these check out.
