I have a 96 lincoln continental here reciently the turnsignals stoped working as well as the horn. The lights them selves are fine as well as the fuses. same withe the acctual horn. But when I hit the switch for the turn signal nothing happens and when I hit the horn nothing happens as well. When I set the alarm off just the headlights and taillights flash and that is it no horn though. can some one please help.

I would start by troubleshooting the horn and assume they are not related. If a horn is reasonably accessible, run power to it and see if it blows, just to verify you have a good horn...there are two BTW.
