1994 lincoln air ride

1994 Lincoln town car 116000 miles , i here air leaking out of the air ride pump every time i shut the car off also pump sounds bad , some one has put a trailer hitch on the car , could they have moved the air level switch on this car , will not leak air till you turn switch off , Help

Convert to coils and eliminte the air ride, if you want, I happen to think a good air suspension is a better ride.
