1987 Lincoln Continental lifting the car to put tires on it

do i have to put the car on a lift or can i just use a regular floor jack
my grandmother said that it can only go on a lift
but they shouldnt make the car that impossible
can you let me know if i can just use a regular floor jack

You can use a floor jack, just make sure you turn off the air suspension with the switch in the trunk beofr you jack up the back.
