Engine Cooling problem
1975 Lincoln Continental V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 86k miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
i have a 460 v8 it is leaking antifreeze near the harmonic balancer i am hoping that this is a leaking water pump im pretty sure the pump is located behind the drive belts if any one has any info that would be great

Make sure its not a hose or a freeze plug leak-inspect the water pump mating surface/gasket and the weep hole of the pump-if its leaking from the weep hole you must replace the water pump-don't attempt to seal the hole its not gonna work-
