Limp mode trouble codes P1684 low voltage P0601 and P0700?

Stuck in 2nd gear with the transmission overheating and overfull with wrong ATF, speedometer malfunctioning, have made the transmission fluid adjustment and it seems to run cooler. Clunky shift but no sounds moving from D, 3, L. Money's tight so am about to do the sensors before the ATS solenoid exchange. Can't afford the OBD11 scan unless the solenoid fix doesn't work. Also was shifting and running before a fuel pump failure then after replacing limp mode, sat for 2 months believed to be a short somewhere or faulty sensor. Please help.

It sounds like the codes point to the TCM being bad. Here is the location of the TCM and how to replace it in the images below. You can get a rebuilt TCM by searching google or eBay. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
