I posted how to retrieve the engine codes for the check engine light. I also posted the ABS code retrieval process. The first thing I need from you is the exact code numbers not code descriptions for the engine and ABS. That is the first thing I would do is if I had the car in front of me.

Your going to have to check the fuses if there good you have a bad and control module.I spoke with my shop foreman and we discussed it. Very common for the and modules to fail on those cars. Also it can put the car in limp mode and set the code for no communication with the transmission computer. Do you have traction control or 4 motion?I need to know so I can get you the correct fuses to check.

I checked the fuses and the relays on the drivers side under the dash. They seem to be well seated and checked okay. I'm going to try to get an ABS pump module from the salvage yard. I don't want to experiment with a Bosh costing $750!

There 160-233 on rock auto depending on which one you need.I also have a 5 percent discount code for rock auto.I wouldn't recommend getting a junk yard one.I have seen customers do that and they etheir get the wrong one or one that is no good.
