Keeps going into limp mode and shutting off?

My car listed above keeps going into limp mode while driving and when it does this it shuts off and will not start back up. The codes it has our P0172, P0412, P0418, P2101, P1516, P0102, and P0340.

Did all of these codes come up at once? If so, you may have a bad PCM, but the code that stands out for limp mode is the throttle body.

P2101 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Motor Circuit Range/Performance

I would try cleaning the throttle body first by following this guide.
