Vehicle starts and runs just fine but drive it for a mile or more it goes into limp mode and the engine shuts off when it goes into limp mode. Electronic throttle control light flashes engine light goes on and so does the traction control light. When in limp mode vehicle doesn't start up right away then has rough idle, push the pedal does nothing. Wont drive more then 20 mph.

We have replaced crankshaft position sensor.
Replaced map sensor.
Replaced Accelerator pedal assembly.
Replaced throttle body.

All that has no change with the limp mode issue. What else can be wrong? What else needs to be replaced?

Good afternoon,

Does the transmission work correctly or is it stuck in 1 gear?

Is the check engine light on?

Have you checked the fuel pressure?

Transmission shifts like it is suppose to. Check engine light is on when in limp mode. Fuel pressure is fine.

Don't remember the codes but fuel pressure is fine when it is out of limp mode. After it sits for about an hour but drive it for a mile or so it shuts off and goes into limp mode. Replaced oil pressure sending unit, throttle assembly, throttle body, map sensor, and crank position sensor. Still having the issue

Can it be the ECM or PCM?

I would like the exact fuel pressure reading. Fine to you may not be fine to the car.

Yes, but it needs to be confirmed.

Do you have a scan tool that can read live readings on the engine?
