Codes p2017, p0345, and p405, Limp mode?

Car going into limo mode with a throttle control warning light and throwing p2017, p0345 and p405 codes.

Here are the code definitions:

P2017 - Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor/Switch Circuit High Bank 1
P0345 - Camshaft Position Sensor 'A' Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2)
P0405 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Sensor 'A' Circuit Low:

I have seen the intake runner control cause the engine to go into limp mode. Let's clear the codes and then start the engine and shut it off then run the codes again, we are trying to see which code comes up first which is what we will concentrate on.

Bank1 is on the right side of the engine. If the p2017 code comes up first replace the runner control and clear the codes again. Also, I would service the throttle body. Please go over these guides:
