Limited amount of air exiting the air vent.

The air from the air condition is nearly coming out the vent. Even though I can hear the fan blowing on high, the air coming out is beastly detectable. It only blows cool even if the temp is set to 60. A few weeks ago it was cold at 74. Now I get nothing or hardly any air. What can you suggest I do? Thanks in advance.

because it's auto temp control start car and push auto andoff buttons for at least 5 seconds. see pic this test will test actuators.
