After engine renewal it won't accelerate to upper 1,200 RPMs, at this point begins vibration and noise. The mil is on but there's no dtc. Please help.

If the MIL light is on there should be codes? Let's double check for codes to be safe, this guide can help:

To me it sounds like you have a clogged cat or a bad turbo. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on.

This guide should be able to confirm the bad cat if that is the problem:

Please go over these guides and get back to us.

Hi Mr. Ken.
The turbo is working, it gives pressured air in the outlet.
There is a video for the dashboard and for the shaking engine with knocking.

The turbo is working, it gives pressurized air at the outlet. Please find here a video showing the dashboard and the shaking engine where you can hear the knocking.
Maybe there is an injector which does not receive orders from the PCM. In this case, please tell me how to repair it.
Thank you very much.

Thanks for the video. The engine seems to have an internal problem, or it was weak fuel pressure, can you give me more history on this car? Is the engine rebuilt or used? Also, is the flywheel tight?

Thank you for your answer.
Yes the engine is completely rebuild, the flywheel is tightened according to gm indications.
Before considering the feul pressure weakness, I must indicate that the injector number 2 is not receiving electric signal ( I've seen this after the video).
However, the feul pump was not renewed, the hp pump is not renewed after 130000 miles, but verified good.
The feul pressure regulator is new.

The injector number 2 not getting a trigger is a problem, also, it sounds like the high pressure fuel pump is weak, you may want to get that retested. For the injector, is the wiring bad or a bad PCM? Do you have any codes?

Hi mr. Ken. Thank for the answer. About the hp pump tested recently, it was good. For the injector number 2 the DTC is P0202. After I have tested the wires I found 0, 30 volt which it seemed to me abnormal. For the second wire I found 7 volt, which also seemed far away from 12 volt. Beside this, I think that the fuel pump is weak. Because the rpm at idle is 7.5. Thank you very much mr. Ken.

Yep, the 7 volts is not good it should be 12 are there 12 volts at the other fuel injectors? .30 volts and the trigger side is normal because it grounds. Here is a guide that can help:

You may have a bad PCM injector driver inside the PCM. Also, what is 7.5? is this pounds from the primary pump?
