lights wont go off and come on when car is off

woke up at 230am to find my lights on. Have problems getting the auto lights to go off when the car is turned off. high beams come on and will go off with the turn signal. what is it? Can I fix it myself what is the cost of the repair?

You need a new turn signal switch really common for those to go bad the switch is about 40.There not that bad to change.
