When headlights are turned on everything blinks?

When headlights are turned on as I turn the left or right turn blinker everything blinks mainly all the turn signals flash my radio turns on and off when key is in the off position.

Do you have a battery warning light on while you drive? If so, the alternator is not charging the system. If not, it sounds like the flasher module needs to be replaced, has the car's wiring system been tampered with? There is nothing that connects the radio to the lights except the alternator.
