lights will not shut off at night

after dark the head lights will not shut off even if the key is out. daytime there is not a problem. after dark when I shut the ignition off its like the engine goes dead. the lights stay on and the door looks don't click like they do at daytime.

hey it's got to be afraid of the dark lol. have it scanned your drl module is probably reading the ambient light sensor wrong also check the ground on right side of dash by ac vent it may be loose.
