Lights on dash mis firing cluch and brake grind only when engine warm

Hi please help I have a 2001 Lexus is200se automatic , the problem is starting the car is fine but after 8 - 10 mins when the engine has heats up it start mis firing when stopping you feel the clutch and brake as though grinding then on the dash the lights will not go of I have been told that it could be the fuel inj or the coil pack is there. Anything I can do to check this myself my father has checked sensors but no joy I need my car for schooI

The trc light and engine light. Thanks Debbie my dad check all the sensors he cleaned the injector fuel he change the air oil filter also he cleaned the spark plugs.
Trc light flashes continually ,
