The traction control light, check engine light and 4WD light all came on at once today as I started driving. I took it to autozone and the code came up PO607. Was a general emissions code. It runs and drives perfectly normal. What would cause this to come on?

Thank you

Hi:

The most common cause of the lights coming on at the same time is a faulty wheel speed sensor. The sensors are used by the vehicle for ABS, traction control, and 4WD.

You can check the wheel speed sensors with a multimeter or a scan tool that can provide live data. Here is a link that explains how to test one at a time at home with a multimeter. Even if you can't do this yourself, check out this link. It will help better explain things.

If you do have a live data scan tool, you can connect it, go to wheel speed and while driving (slowly) you can see if one of the sensors is off or no longer sending a signal

Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
