Lights on, car wont shift

My 2003 Chevy Trailblazer has all the lights on ABS and all, and says to check brake s system but it has fluid and all, nothing's wrong with the brakes. Also won't shift automatically, I can do it manually but it's still rough. Also the speesometer jumps all over the place
