How do I check and fix the situation that my speedometer and tachometer dashboard/instrument panel lights are out?

Hello,
We need to check the fuse # f2.33 in the fuse panel behind the left kick panel. Here is a guide to help us with the fuse location and the wiring diagrams so you can see how it works:
