Lights flicker in off position

Headlights in off position but lights keep flickering. What do you think it could be

Hi Davis, Welcome to 2CarPros.

What you describe is likely the DRL (Day time running lights) failing. There is a DRL module under the dash that is basically just a diode. As it ages the voltage drops to the head lights and they flicker. A simple diode test will tell you if it is bad.
