Startup warning lights not turning on?

Unexplainable today in the morning my warning/ information red, yellow, blue lights worked fine. Now when I turn the key on, I get zero warning lights. Fuses appear okay but will retest. What is the culprit and how do I fix it please? Thank you

Hello, are the gauges working, okay? The Check engine light, basically there are 2 connectors on the back of the Instrument Cluster, and each connector has its own Ground wire. So, if you're missing certain lights but others work, we can determine which side of the Cluster went out. So, Turn Signals, Safety Belt, Door Ajar, Tachometer.
These are the Cluster fuses (diagram 1) below
