Lights not working properly

I have no turn signals even on dash they do not come on. I have no tail lights or headlights, but my hazards flash even on dash. Someone help.

Hello,

There are six fuses and one relay that run the system. Here are two guides to help us get started and the parking lamp relay and fuse location with the wiring diagrams so we can see how the system works:

Checked all fuses and relays tested still nothing also checked grounds

This sounds like the parking lamp relay is out. Did you check/replace it?
