Hi Verna, my name is Alex and I will be helping you today. Sounds to me like you might have a faulty bulb. Here is a helpful link about fast blinking turn signals and how to fix them. Hope this helps.
Thank you for answering my problem. But, I have checked bulbs. There is no power to right rear for brake and turn signal only park light on right rear and front right signal that blinks fast, left side lights are okay.

Thank-you, Danny. For the right side there is no power at brake switch only for left. So I jumped switch, brake light works. There are two relays for the left tt relay. You can hear or feel the right light relay nothing. Can't fine signal flasher sounds like it is in the multi-switch. There is power and ground at the right tt relay.

IS there any way I can bypass? Shouldn't there be flashing signal coming from multi-switch on a wire?

Will guys i'm back for more help. Thank you for everything. I have got a short I believe with negative. Terminal off and test light connected to battery negative and negative. Cable tester lights. So I removed power wire from battery. Positive to pdb. And ran a new wire, still a short until I disconnected wires from brake master cylinder. Replaced power to pdb again test light came back on even with brake master plug still removed. Wire from BCM flashes fast. Thanks for your help.

Hello,
This sounds like a BCM failure to me but to be sure lets rung down the wiring diagrams flowing this guide:
Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens. If the BCM is bad you will need to get it programmed which will run about $130.00 at a shop.
