The front driver side and rear passenger side lights do not flash?

Also, my brake lights only work when I’m in park, but not while I’m driving.

This happens when the flasher is starting to go out. Here is the location of the flasher so you can change it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I meant to say the passenger side of the brake lights doesn’t work while the driver side does.

Yep, this will still be the flasher, I would swap it out to fix the problem.
