I checked 10amp fuses, swapped relay and replaced light switch component, no luck. Vehicle runs, brake lights and turn signals work.

It sounds like the headlight switch has gone out, but to be sure let's check for power at the fuses and relays. here is a guide to help you check for the power and the headlight and running light wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and which wires to test.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

here is how to change out the headlight switch in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

There won't be power to any wires on the headlight switch, grounds only to the BCM. I would go ahead and check all of the fuses in the under hood and BCM fuse panels. You can check out the wiring diagrams above to see which fuses need to be tested. If everything is okay the BCM is out. Here is how to replace it in the diagrams below. You can get a rebuilt unit by searching Google or Ebay. Check the grounds and power wires to the BCM as well. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Hi Ken, no power to the four (4) 10amp fuses but power to the headlamp relays in the under-hood fuse box.

The four headlight fuses on the left side of the under-hood fuse box do not have any power. Also, the headlamp switch on the dash has power to the pink wire (I think H coding) in the wire connector. The hotwire is the last one on the 2nd row of 8 wires in the connector. The 1st row or wires has 6 wires. The pink wire becomes hot when I turn on the ignition.

Can you remove the HDLP low relay and check for power? At least two of the terminals should light up.

Please go over this guide and report back.

If you have checked the wiring connections and there are all good it leaves the BCM as not working, I would get a rebuilt unit by searching Google or Ebay here is the location of the BCM so you can change it out. Also check the electrical connector for corrosion as well. To be sure a CAN scan will tell you for sure if the BCM is out you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon from about $32.00.

Here is a video to show you how:

Hi Ken L. Sorry for the delayed reply but I had some health issues to contend with. Back to my headlight issue and other stuff not working (all related to the BCM). When looking for Nader the driver's side dash, I found 10 broken wires. Repairs 9 and haven’t found where the 10th one goes. The 9 were all apart of the wire loom under the dash. There were 3 white wires and unsure which ones connect together. Not sure it maters since they were all the same in the same wire loom. The 10th wire was separate and had a retainer pin to attach the wire to a wire hole somewhere but it was a factory wire. Hooked up a Tech2 and there is a U0164 code. Thinking the 10 wire (same gauge as the others) goes to the BCM. Need a BCM wiring diagram I think to sort this. Didn’t see that diagram posted on earlier in your replies. What is your expert opinion on this? Please advise.

Thank you,
Randy

U0164 Code - Lost Communication with HVAC Control Module so this can be BCM related as well. Here are the BCM wiring diagrams and a guide to help you check the wiring. Please double check all fuses with the key on.
