Is it both headlights that do that? Or just one side?

Do they go off and you have to shut ignition off then on to make them come back on? Or do the flicker on and off while driving?

It's just started n yes the fans are coming on n they just go off while I'm driving n won't come on until couple mins later

Ok on the fuse box number 46 relay needs to be checked, that's your headlamp module and had a couple gone bad before. If you would like you can swap number 46 with number 45 relay just to verify.
