How long should it take, a repair shop, to find a bad LCM?

I told shop I had a battery drain, interior light on. The shop said they scanned car, checked fuses and relays. Found two fuses that had high amp draw and checked for wiring, this took 3.75 labor hours. Shouldn't the scan found both the bad fuses and LCM being bad. Aren't scans less than one hour?

Yes, this seems excessive, a simple CAN scan (1 hour) would tell them the problem, here is how to replace the LCM in the diagrams below.

This video shows a CAN scan being done:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

It took my repair shop 3.75 hours to tell me my ICM was bad. I was told I would have to replace it, they didn't want to replace it themself. They scanned the car and found two fuses that were drawing high amps, checked wiring from these two fuses, no shorts, grounds or breaks. Relays good.

It is hard to tell how long it will take this is on the shop to figure out what the problem is, there is no "fixed rate". I don't know what the ICM is on your car here is what the manual says. I have looked over the engine wiring diagrams and can't find one either can you have them clarify what they are talking about? .

Coil On Plug (COP) System is distributorless ignition, coil on plug using ignition coils mounted on top of each spark plug to produce high voltage for each cylinder.

This guide might help.
