Taillights not working?

No front fogs, side lights, taillights or rear fog lights. Dipped beam and high beam signal lights and am sure brake lights all work.

These lights are controlled by the BCM to confirm the failure we need to do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00. here is a video to show you how:

Also lets check the fuses (1 - 10 amp) here is a guide and the tail light wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the BCM replacement instructions in case all fuses are okay:
