light on information center on dash

the light on information center is a led about two inches long one inch tall it was working then went out then started working again but quit again. could it be a bad ground? also interior lights dont come on but you can turn them on manually. thank you

check fuse twenty four and battery saver relay in central junction box. it may be an instrument cluster problem however as there is a micro processor and relay in it which are not changeable but can be rebuilt.
