There are not a lot of options for those. Basically you can install bulbs like the Sylvania Silver Star Ultras in them. Or you could add driving lights if you can find a set that doesn't look bad. This is the issue of the designers wanting their look but not actually testing that the lighting works well. In the US at least the options are very limited because of the laws about lighting. The basics are that if you have halogen bulbs, that is all you can use in those housings. If there were other light options available in the US for that year like an HID system, you can usually install that. However, things like installing an LED bulb in a halogen housing is illegal because 99.9% of them just create glare that makes it worse. Ok and FYI, if you go looking you will find that in the US at least there are actually no legal retrofits for LEDs on street vehicles. Even the " We say our lights are DOT legal" folks will have that disclaimer somewhere because it isn't the DOT that determines the laws, that is the NTSB.
