I need to replace my lifters and cannot remove them. can you tell me how to get them out? Thank you.

it is too much for us to copy and paste, but you need to remove the rocker arms to gain access to lifters then they should come right out. if you want to rent a manual it is available here on site and you can print it out what you need.

They wont come out. they must be stuck.

Often old lifters get a carbon build up around the base of the lifter, there is a tool that hooks into the top of the lifter that acts as a puller and you can work the lifter up and down while spraying a lube spray around the lifter to try and soften the carbon.
