Lifter tick only on a cold start?

The vehicle listed above has a lifter tick when it’s a cold start as soon as it starts getting up to temperature it goes away. I’ll shut the car off and turn it in again and it’s not there.

I was thinking it might be the oil pump, but I hope not. Any ideas?

If you think it is the oil pump where is the location for removal and swap?

I would change the oil and filter then add Lucas oil stabilizer. here is the location of the oil pump in case that doesn't work. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens. I would clean out the oil pan once you remove it.
