I have a lifter noise when first start up and it goes away. what is the reason for the noise and what can I do about it?

It sounds like a lifter but needs to be confirmed.
Can you upload a video so I can hear the noise when you start it?
How long since you changed the oil? I would start there by changing the oil/filter.
